Because our soaps and products are made for personal use and can’t be resold once they’ve left our care, we don’t offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If something isn’t right with your order (damaged item, a missing piece, or a product that doesn’t match what you received) please contact us. Tell us what happened, provide your order number, photo, and we’ll do our best to make it right for your specific situation.

Shipping

We aim to get orders out to you as soon as we can. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date you order for us to process, pack, and ship. You’ll receive a notice when we print your shipping label; it may still be a few days after that before your order is boxed and picked up by the carrier.

Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery timing is outside our control. If a package is marked delivered and you can’t find it, or if it appears lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do what we can to help you follow up with the carrier. We’re not able to replace or refund packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has accepted them, since those shipments are no longer in our care.
